At the top of WOW Concept in the heart of Salamanca on Calle de Serrano, you will find our rooftop restaurant where Italian gastronomy meets Madrid's vibrant energy. A destination in an enchanting setting, created for long lunches, golden hours, and evenings that never really end. At Florentine, every night offers a different experience. Some nights one of our resident DJs is behind the decks, other nights a live vocalist or saxophonist takes the stage.
